The sloping vineyards of Lavaux curve gracefully above Lake Geneva, bathed in the golden light of late afternoon. Between the stone terraces, the vines shimmer with a deep, caressing glow - as if the sun has paused for one long, last breath before setting. The breeze is soft, the view timeless. This cocktail is born from that moment of serene grandeur - where nature meets craftsmanship, and stillness becomes gold.

Ingredients

• 45 ml VALDOS Ultra-premium vodka
• 15 ml spiced orange liqueur (e.g., Grand Marnier)
• 10 ml premium cinnamon syrup
• 5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish: 1 dehydrated orange wheel (resting elegantly on the rim).
1 cinnamon stick (inside the drink).
Sugar-crusted rim (optional, for a festive touch).

Preparation

1. Prepare the Glass
Rub a fresh lemon wedge along the rim of the glass, then dip into coarse sugar to create a crystallized rim. Allow it to dry slightly.
2. Mix the Cocktail
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the vodka, orange liqueur, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. Stir gently for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
3. Serve
Strain the cocktail into the prepared Old Fashioned glass — served without ice to preserve its clarity and stillness.
4. Garnish
Place the cinnamon stick inside the drink. Rest the dehydrated orange wheel delicately on the rim.
